Never Missed a Call is a service operated by Offload LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or messaging services, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Contact details you provide: your name, business name, phone number, and email when you request a demo, start checkout, or complete onboarding.
Call and message content: details captured when our AI answers a call or exchanges texts on behalf of a subscribing business, so the business can follow up on the lead.
Basic technical data: standard log information such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

To provide the demo you requested and to operate the answering and text-back service.
To send you messages you have asked for, such as a demo link, pricing, or a missed-call reply.
To provide customer support and to process payments through our payment processor.

SMS messaging and mobile information

We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that support the service, such as our messaging and payment providers, and only as needed to deliver the service to you.

You opt in to receive text messages in one of three ways: by entering your own phone number in the demo form on this website, by verbally agreeing on a phone call to receive a follow-up text, or by calling a business that subscribes to our missed-call response service. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our systems. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
